About the Painting:
This little painting was inspired by sitting near the ocean watching the clouds roll by. It's hard not to be impressed with how vast the sky & ocean are. I painted with little painting with the beautiful puffy clouds and still blue ocean water. I painted the tiny boat tied to a post in the corner to give the perspective and scale of the ocean & sky.

Acrylic paints were used for this painting. I used watercolor paper so the finished painting could be easily framed. Blues, purples, whites, and yellow for the sky & ocean. A bit of red and touches of black & white for the boat to help it stand out in this painting. Enjoy!
