About the Painting:
This is my second series of sushi paintings. I love looking at the colors and textures of the sushi rolls. Such works of art! I used black as the background color to give some elegance to the sushi and to pop the white of the rice. I lined the sushi to give the feel of looking into a bento box of special sushi. This painting features salmon nigiri, tuna saimaki with shrimp roe, salmon saimaki and tuna maki. Enjoy!
